Hey
friends, I struggled with this topic for so long I became lazy (forgive me
father.) Y’all I became lazy…. This topic has been on my heart since last year
but I laid it in wait… so now here I am discussing how I figured that God says
and knows that I am worth the wait and so are YOU! Everything that you desire
on earth and in your mate God desires for you and more. God treasures what he
made and he wants the best for us.
I
bet you are wondering (how did I figure all this out?) Friend, after all my
pointless dating, my way of dating didn’t have any fruit or life to it none of
my relationships made it anywhere. God literally desires for me to have a Godly
ordained marriage. How do I figure because I desire to be with someone who is
like me like-minded, anointed and a believer! Now I can tell you I am still
single in this year of 2018 and to my liking I haven’t (found) anyone of these
criteria yet! Noticed I parenthesized the word found... “Why am I looking?”
“Why
am I looking?” Social media has its targets of fake BLISS; it has its ways of
getting you to think that you are less perfect single than you are married. It
makes it seem like marriage is where it’s at and from being around some married
folks it’s not... I can assure you its hard work. Now I ain’t knocking marriage
I am just saying if you swarm around Instagram for a few hours you will find
yourself stuck and questioning God like am I the problem? Lord why am I still
single? (Oops I am sorry this is exactly what I did not you LOL)
Not
to get off subject I really want to talk about why as a woman of God you are
worth the wait!!! God literally wants us to instill this in ourselves, he doesn’t
want us to think less than what we are to him!!
What
is your best idea of waiting?
Standing or waiting in drive thrus at Starbucks? Waiting
for your direct deposit to hit or what about waiting for a new album to drop? Whatever
it is we wait for what we want! We get so excited for new things and that is
exactly how God wants us to be as we wait on him… or as we wait on the promises
of God! The word waiting simply means to be ready, available or to remain in
expectation or readiness of a person, place or thing. We should be as
eagerly excited as we are when we are waiting on things that we desire!! We have
to trust God and wait in his timing. Trust me, it gets difficult because what our
flesh wants it wants tremendously bad, that is why we have to stay fasting,
praying and seeking God daily.
Hey
girl, is there joy in waiting?
I
can assure you that it is. In the bible in the book of Act 1,2 Jesus assures
the apostles of his return and of The promise Holy Spirit… the apostles waited
on their promises and they received the promise holy spirit… they had hope and
joy before and after. I believe that our singleness it is only for a time it is
what we do with our singleness that matters. We should be learning, living and
seeking God and enjoying the life that he has given us instead of pouting on
what we don’t have. There are tons of joys in waiting. J
Will
a man fulfill every need that you ask for?
If
you are seeking man completely for your happiness ma’am you won’t find it.
A few times in my dating I found myself very unhappy and unappreciated and I
tried to look for my value in a man and he didn’t have my value. The men that I
dated didn’t give me any peace... They didn’t give me any completion and of
course any love. God over did them out completely! Sometimes
we search for options of pleasure without seeking the one who holds it. I
didn’t even think to ask God what he thought or if I should be dating a certain
person because every time I dated someone
I put my everything into it and came out hurt every time in the end. So rest,
rest knowing that your husband or boyfriend cannot fulfill every need that you
may desire only God can fulfill those broken areas or needs. Trust me serial
dating could possibly lead to a soul tie or to something you weren’t asking for……
rest sister in Christ!
When
is the right time to pray for your husband?
Prayer
could start now or it could start later or when God tells you. I don’t pray for
my husband everyday only when I feel led or when it’s on my heart too. I
honestly don’t want to make that my soul purpose in prayer but I have heard of
women saying that they pray every day I honestly feel do as your heart desires.
Let it be Purpose
in Prayer, know exactly what you are praying for what area you feel
like your marriage needs prayer in, what areas your future husband will need
prayer for and what prayers you need prayer for. I do agree with praying over
and for your future marriage… all
marriages need godly coverings!
SISTER
trust GODS process
Are
you becoming uneasy? I know I have especially watching people that are close to
you get engaged or start new relationships it gets uneasy but don’t let the
devil make you discouraged or think that there is no hope for you! The devil is
a liar! God does not want you alone. God will love to see marriages and Godly
ordained marriages. Trust me there is purpose for your WAIT! What if God told you that your husband was
praying for you? Would you become encouraged or doubt God? I pray that you
become encouraged and not doubtful because your husband is praying for you
now!!! I believe this! If God said it trust me it will come to past. We cannot walk in doubt but we must walk in faith. Rest
in the promises of God sis!
Remain
firm in your faith daughter, you are worth the wait
If
you are firm in your faith there will not even be an ounce of shakiness’.
1 Corinthians 16:13 be on your
guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.
Women
of God your worth is far more than rubies and anything that this world could
possibly offer you but it can’t take your faith in God or his promises… we
belong to the father of love and who is love… rest in God sis!

prayer, Dear heavenly father,
As
far as too often I have forgotten my worth in you, please help me to remember
who I am and my purpose for life. I am not a mistake you didn’t create me to
fail or to give up God strengthen me in you, give me life and a love of
purpose, create in me a clean mind father and please renew the right spirit with
me in Jesus name. Lord I am praying lord for a woman who may or may not know
her worth lord let her find it… let her trust you with all that you are and
with all that you have for us. In Jesus name we pray thank you Yahweh, yeshua
and ruach kah kodash.
